The NETT was formed by Jim Fiddy of Washington way back in 1985, when trikes were the best thing since sliced bread.. It was then subsequently run from 1993 by Paul Andersons Dad, with Paul now continuing his involvement with the club, but taking more of a back seat to run his business and mastermind the second year in the British Quad Championship for the official Suzuki UK Quad Team.
The NETT club was one of the first English based clubs to actively take up the ACU’s decision to support youth quad racing, after witnessing the success had in 2006 by Quad Racing Scotland.
The aim of the club is for the whole championship to re-group this year and put down a strong foundation for the near and long term future of the club and quad racing in the North of England.
